90 isnt bad but idealy ud want 125steady (if u can get more go for it)
with ur newer graphics card (depending on which) u choose u should easily get 142fps steady
and you say 142fps is good so is it the closer it gets to 142fps the better the picture is im just asking this as i think my game quality is better

1st or 2nd one? the £300+ is way overly priced so dont go for that, the other is quite good tho
well with fps really the ideal amount is 125 steady but the higher and the steadier the better sooo
have played about with fps and have found that 125 is nicest really (for me at least as can have full antialaising and antiscroptic filtering full and full quake graphics and still have 125...but sometimes falls for no reason so meh!)
this card will easily give u 125steady on all top setting in quake and maybe 2 antialaising too
